Came in today to look for some new food for my fur baby. Staff was so helpful and informative, and helped me pick a brand I was excited to try. They have brands I’ve never seen in other stores. I was impressed with the knowledge of the gentleman that helped me. He knew the backstory of companies and who responsibly resources ingredients. I picked an Italian brand with his suggestion, due to higher manufacturing standards. Can’t wait to try it! You really can’t go wrong by stopping in!

This family owned business has been such a blessing for my pet Milo and our family. They are not just a friendly community pet store but much more. I have been treated like family every week that I have gone in to get my five month puppy his organic, healthy treats and such. My dog is always excited to go be groomed because Karen has always treated him with care and loved on him like he’s one of her own! The staff truly care about the animals and make sure the owners have everything they need to best care for their pets, as well as supporting animal groups in the local community and selling locally sourced pet products.

I am a volunteer for Fetch Rescue and was invited to set up a stand with some of our adoptable dogs for a couple hours in the store. I was very surprised at the wonderful (and healthy) selection they have! It was a very welcoming environment with really cool aesthetics. I know Fetch will definitely be working with EarthWise Pet in the future and I will be buying my pet’s dog food (Zignature brand – can only find it in one other store in Madison) from here from now on! We went in today to have my Yorkie’s toenails trimmed and it was the best experience with this that he (and I) had ever had! He didn’t cry, it was quick, and very well done! The store also has lots of unique food and treat items which is great for my other dog who is very picky!
